Under Bulgarian Law, if it is to be enforceable through the Courts, every contract for labour or the provision of services must be contained in a written contract.

For example, when you go to a shop to buy something such as a kitchen, you will be asked to sign a written contract. The same principle applies to reputable builders and other organisations. It also includes companies offering services like us. This is as much for your protection as theirs.

Most UK people doing business in Bulgaria do not know this. You can now, therefore, judge the professionalism of your proposed Managing Agent as to whether they volunteer a written contract! Without it you may be powerless to bring proceedings against them. The principle is "no contract - no recourse to justice"!

Again, unlike many other companies offering similar services, we do not introduce you to our associates, shops or other organisations in exchange for a commission which is then secretly added to your bill.

Last but not least, if you use our services when you buy a property (even if you do not by through us), you will get a written quotation of the cost in BGN (leva) with the current Sterling equivalent subject only to normal currency exchange fluctuations.
