Advertise Your Property on this Site

Although we restrict our area of management and sales operations to the Varna Region, many people visit our website in search of the right property to buy.  They could be looking anywhere in Bulgaria.

While we are certainly prepared to take on property within our chosen area of operations on an agency basis, we also offer an advertising service to those who own properties elsewhere in Bulgaria.

Some websites charge up to £50 for only 3 months.  We recognise that this is an extremely difficult time to sell Bulgarian property and that anyone trying to sell is doing it for some definite and, perhaps, compelling reason.  We also appreciate that times are hard in the UK and that many people are unable or unwilling to pay out any money which is not absolutely necessary.

For this reason, until 31 December 2009, we will only charge £45 for a whole year or £25 for 6 months for advertising your property on this website.  This is only 87 pence per week.

Here's how it works.  You send us (see Contact Us) a description of your property including:

•    precise location
•    house / plot description including the relevant areas in square metres
•    detailed description of the accommodation
•    distances in time and kilometres from nearest airport and main centres
•    local facilities
•    your unique selling points

We will also need a good selection of photographs showing, perhaps, the property, the views and, for houses and apartments, the interior.

The material you send us will be reviewed, written up and then posted on the website.  You will then receive an email advising you that this has happened and asking you if you are satisfied with the presentation.

If you are, we will then ask you to send a cheque for the appropriate fee.  If this does not arrive within seven days or fails to clear within seven days of presentation, we will remove it from the site.  So, you see, you will have the advantage of knowing that it has been posted BEFORE you pay.

Enquirers will have your email address clearly visible on the page - unless you wish them to be addressed to us and then forwarded to you - thus you will remain in control of the selling process.  You pay only for the advertisement; we will not charge you any commission.

If, and this is paramount, your property is within the Varna Region, we can act for you in the sale at our usual rates of charge. If you are outside this area, it would simply be uneconomic for us to represent you and you would be better off finding someone else to assist you.  This is something you can discuss with us at the appropriate time.
