In a very nice village only 5kms outside the town of Valchi Dol, 28kms from the Airport, 30kms from Varna and 35kms to the nearest beach.

Standing in a plot of 1,000m2, this 100 m2 two storey house was built about 30 years ago but has since been somewhat renovated.

On the lower ground floor there are three rooms and a further store room while on the upper level there are a further 3 rooms. These rooms are presently used as a bedroom, bathroom (outside toilet), kitchen, dining room and lounge.

Outside there are outbuildings of 40m2. Water and electricity are both connected and we are told that it would be no problem to install a telephone.
