SunSeaBulgaria exists primarily to provide UK non-resident owners of property in the Varna Region of Bulgaria with a really comprehensive, effective and efficient Bulgarian Property Management Service.
Unlike other management companies offering similar services, SunSeaBulgaria is based in the UK but works in partnership with ethical Bulgarian professionals of proven quality. The principle advantage of this is that you would always be able to:
- contact us here in the UK at all social hours by telephone, email or Skype;
- discuss your requirements and any likely cost implications with someone you know understands you before you commit yourselves;
- rely on a Client Service Contract which is enforcable in the UK and not in Bulgaria;
- enjoy the benefit of bulk transfers of funds from the UK to Bulgaria (individual transfers can cost between 20 - 25 GBP each time) at a fraction of the normal cost;

Property Sales is an area in which, until now, we have not dealt since mid- 2007. Now that property prices in Bulgaria have fallen dramatically from the "stupidly high" levels seen in the latter part of 2006 and 2007 and SunSeaBulgaria is now offering some carefully selected, reasonably priced, properties that we believe represent - at the advertised price - a worthwhile investment.
